If it's being applied skillfully, without the use of a shovel, make up can be an incredibly powerful tool. Without it this chick looks relatively run-of-the-mill. With it, she looks like a super kawaii pop starlet.

I'm not sure exactly what's going on here, but Britney Spears continues to contribute to the humor world with this fantastic collection of strange faces and cellulite!

Judging from these pictures though, some are more different than others. Also some are pretty damn weird. In this gallery there's maybe one that wouldn't terrify me if I woke up next to it. Some brilliant pictures though...
