The World as a Cylinder

These distorted panoramic photographers are by Randy Scott Slavin for his Alternate Perspective series. He can take up to a hundred pictures of a scene to build up a 360 degree image before stitching them together to make a stereographic projection.

Just like the story of Snow White girls can't help looking at their reflection. Now they usually have a camera handy and upload to Facebook to get their friends to decide.

Do you remember when you were a kid & used to play in the schoolyard & girls would do things... well, for girls only!? Now we have grown up and found them 'interesting' it seems that sometimes those rulez still apply.

They might rock your world when they appear on the covers of magazines, or strut down the catwalk, but what about when they warpaint comes off, eh? Would it be like owning a Ferrari that looks like a Ford Focus?

It's the land of the free, home of the brave, birthplace of the American dream and host to all sorts of other freaks. Somewhere along the way the dream turned into a nightmare that some people haven't woken up from yet!

Well, strangely enough we all do! While we spend less & less time watching TV and more & more time on the interwebs, we are inadvertently missing out on some classic LOLZ in the form of news titles taken out of context.

If you had any hatches and this was the view out of your window, it would probably be a good time to batten them down. Not really sure what that means, but I'd have a go anyway. This is true apocalypse style weather!

Ridley Scott's iconic sci-fi horror has been the bench mark of all scary alien based movies since it's release in 1979. If you're a fan and haven't seen these behind-the-scenes shots, you're in for a treat.

Lets face it, when it comes to photography, the difference between a yawn-tastic photo & a sublime work of pure awesomeness is all about the right angle - Witness everyday normality transformed into total abstract wonder.

Two of my favourite things on the planet together at last. And a few of them seem to actually know how to hold them. The question is can they handle guns this big? A few of them look like they've had lots of practice!

So all you are doing is trying to take a nice ordinary, everyday picture of your friends and before you know it some major celebrity is trying to get in on the action by goofing off in the background and photobombing you. Pfft.
